I'm pretty sure this painful thing on the back of my head (above the neck, under my hair) is a boil and not, I repeat NOT, a parasitic twin.  Possibly.  (Though the twin thing would be awesome, if it were an eyeball.  I would have an eye in the back of my head.  I could give people the hairy eyeball glare.)  But it's really painful and I would not be surprised if a molar or an eyeball popped out.

Boil!  Isn't that a middle ages thing?  Or for old people?
