The house that I've had a crush on has gone under contract. That's fine. There will be other houses that hopefully won't need a complete bathroom remodel. And more houses should be coming on the market as we get closer to spring/summer.
Still, I'm a little bummed.
There is a house two doors down from us that was for sale when we moved in. Then, they dropped the price $200K. I was ready to sell my newborn for it. I make really cute babies, someone was bound to take me up on it. Then someone bought it and now I hate them.
